Second time in a week. Last time was Lake Delton PD in the truck. Today was State Patrol on Highway 82 less than 5 miles from the house.

What do some of those even mean? From what I can tell you had plates for a different car on the car, and said plates are also expired?

the year sticker isn't in the right place on the license plate. The brake lights work but they don't work bright enough. The windshield is cracked. The plates on the car come back to my old Ford Escort. The car's VIN number comes back to the original owner. The title paperwork has been sent into the state but the state hasn't processed it yet.

I loose a windshield a year, so we don't bother with the new one until April/May when they stop putting frozen globes of gravel on the roads.
